Who is responsible for the identity theft?

The responsible for the identity theft is the consumer because they should not trust anybody and Also the credit card company will not ask your password and card number because they already know your personal information. The real credit card company just need your full name and they just simply type it in their computer and your personal information will be shown. The cosumer should change behavior they should be more careful in sharing their personal information to stop this Identity Theft. the appropriate punishment to those hacker is imprisonment for 5 years. The hackers can hack anywhere using the internet, to avoid this thing do not go any untrusted website in the internet. My advised to the credit card holders never trust anybody in the internet. Any company in the world that you are in to never ask your password.
